This artwork was created for a Sri Lankan restaurant in Bali, named Sona. Sona means gold; A journey to inner wealth. To express this, the artwork draws from the epic Ramayana, retold through layers of symbolism and soul, rather than direct narration.
The qualities of divinity, love, loyalty, heroism, resilience, and sacrifice are each represented in scenes woven together like chapters of an inner journey.
